If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. We accept returns for all products sold through First Choice Vape. If you have any issues or questions regarding your order, please submit a ticket using our contact form. After the ticket is submitted, a member of our team will reach out to either resolve your issue or provide additional information on how to return the item/order to us.
UNWANTED ITEMS / EXCHANGE PURCHASED ONLINE
Unwanted items or entire orders can be returned to us or exchanged within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item/s must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied with a note of your order number and reason for the return
Without this information, we cannot identify and process your return.
Important return conditions:
- You must notify us within 14 days of purchase that you want to return the item/s
- Returned items must be received within 14 days of the returns form being issued
- You may be charged postage for any item/s returned for a refund/exchange, which will be deducted from the total refunded amount
Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU Customers)
Under consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods (the “cooling-off period”).
You don’t need to give a reason for cancellation during this time.
You must inform us in writing (email or contact form) before the cooling-off period ends.
Goods must be returned unopened and unused in their original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids, disposable vapes, coils, pods, and tanks are exempt from the cooling-off period once opened.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (or within the cooling-off period).
Items must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging.
Opened consumable products (e-liquids, coils, pods, tanks, disposables) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos/videos for verification.
Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after inspection of returned goods.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Return an Item
Contact our Customer Support Team at support@firstchoicevape.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and, if necessary, a prepaid return label.
Return the product within 7 days of receiving instructions.
